4. Payment and Delivery

All payments are processed securely through our payment providers. Digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. You will receive your product via email and/or on the order confirmation page.

5. Refund Policy

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that due to the nature of digital products (license keys and accounts), all sales are final. Refunds are only considered under these strict conditions:

• Technical Support: Refunds are only granted if the software fails to function on your system and our technical support cannot resolve it.
• Detection: No refunds are issued if a product is detected by anti-cheat systems. We provide regular updates to minimize risks, but such risks are accepted by the user.
• Accounts: Accounts are eligible for replacement or refund only if credentials are invalid upon delivery or the wrong item was sent.
• 10-Minute Window: Account issues must be reported via ticket within a maximum of 10 minutes from purchase. Reports after this period will be void.

We reserve the right to deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds for products that have already been used or accessed.

We are not responsible for incompatibilities with your computer system. We only guarantee that the software itself functions as intended. If the software fails due to an issue on our end, we will provide a refund. However, refunds based on system incompatibility are not our responsibility.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by nightmarecheats.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

nightmarecheats.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.
